I’ve been wondering about this a lot lately. A few months ago I moved to a different city for work, and at first everything felt exciting, but after a while I noticed I was kind of losing my rhythm—sleeping at random times, skipping meals, and just not really checking in with myself mentally. I tried a few basic habit trackers, but they felt too mechanical and I stopped using them quickly. I’m curious if anyone here has found something that actually helps you stay more aware of your state in a natural way, especially when life gets a bit chaotic like that.
