Help me choose a video editing program

I am having a problem and I hope you can help. I am looking for a video editing program, but there are so many options on the market that I am confused. I need a program that is easy to use but still has good editing features. It is also important that it is stable and doesn't crash every 5 minutes. Maybe some of you have experience using such a program?
